LINDSEY MATERNE
Lindsey has lived and worked in residential real estate on the westside of Los Angeles since 2010. Originally from the Bay Area, she was thrilled to return to California after having spent nearly fifteen years on the east coast and in New York City.
While representing both sellers and buyers during her real estate transactions, Lindsey discovered a tremendous need for “occupied staging” in many properties and began executing this for a number of clients. Before long, The Spruced Nest was born.
With a passion for homes, a love of organization, and a meticulous eye for design and detail, Lindsey prides herself on her ability to showcase a house in its absolute best light. Ultimately resulting in a better sale and a less stressful process for her clients.
When not busy working on TSN projects, you can often find Lindsey attending her children’s various sporting events, volunteering at their schools, entertaining at home with friends and family, and endlessly looking for more things to spruce.
KIM PARR
Kim was born and raised in Singapore and moved to Los Angeles in 1992 to pursue her studies. Graduating with a degree in business, she began a career in international sales. After many years working in the corporate world, Kim found her calling as a wedding planner. Budget conscious and deadline oriented, among other things, she possessed the very specific skill set needed for this line of work. She also put her organizational skills and intrinsic inclination towards aesthetics into other event planning, as well as floral design.
Contributing her strong eye towards streamlining and balance to The Spruced Nest, Kim seeks to take advantage of a property’s innate attributes in order to bring out its maximum appeal. Her knowledge of all things design, along with her ability to openly and honestly communicate with clients, has been key to her success. “I want prospective buyers to walk away from a home that we staged envisioning themselves living there.”
Kim loves hosting at her home on the westside and traveling any chance she gets. When not working you can usually find her spending time with her family, friends, and her three dogs.
