• We offer a complimentary, in-person consultation at the property after which we will assess what is needed and develop a customized plan for your project.

• We charge a rate of $250/hour with a 4 hour minimum for smaller projects. We also offer customized flat rates for larger projects. All projects and rates quoted include 2 sprucers.

• A deposit will be required at the time of the agreement and the balance will be paid upon completion of the project.

​

• Any packing materials needed are at a separate cost to the client. ​​If necessary, these will be discussed prior to purchase.

​

• Any staging items recommended are considered suggestions but are not mandatory and are at a separate cost to the client. Some staging items may be available to rent from us.

• ​Travel time to/from the property may be an additional cost if the property is located outside our general service area.

​​

• We also offer a one hour, virtual staging session where we will advise the client on decluttering and depersonalizing techniques prior to listing - as well as staging suggestions specific to the property. The cost for a virtual session is $250.
