• We offer a complimentary, in person, one hour consultation at the property.

• We will assess what is needed and develop a customized plan for your project.

• We offer an hourly rate of $250/hour with a 4 hour minimum for smaller projects. We also offer customized flat rates for larger projects.

​

• A deposit will be required at the time of the agreement and the balance will be paid upon completion of the project.

​

• All projects and rates quoted include 2 sprucers.

• Any packing items needed to purchase are at a separate cost to the client.   

​​

• ​​Any staging items recommended are considered suggestions but not mandatory and are at a separate cost to the client.      

​​

• ​Travel time to/from the property may be an additional cost if the property is located outside our general service area.
