• Listing a home on the market can be a very stressful process. When advised to do a number of supplementary tasks, homeowners can often get overwhelmed - particularly if the home is still being occupied. Beyond hiring a painter or handyman, for example, there are still a number of things that need to be done with the existing contents of the home.

 

• With a focus on editing more than anything, we declutter and depersonalize the space. We also try and work with the seller's existing furniture as much as possible. Once this process is complete, we reevaluate and supplement with any light staging items if needed. Our approach is always "less is more" and we try and limit the addition of new things.

 

• We strive to achieve a delicate balance between clearing away personal belongings and creating a space where people can imagine themselves living. Our goal is to help alleviate some of the stress from the homeowner in this process, to have your home or listing looking its absolute best, and to help generate a better visual response from potential buyers.
